Why volunteer? Is it actually popular where you live?
I get asked those questions a lot. And no, it isn't...but maybe it should be.

Okay, so where you live people don't believe in volunteering. Especially not kids. Why work for free when you can get a job that pays?

Well, where I live kids don't believe in volunteering either. There are a few of us that do, but everybody else thinks we're strange because of it. Maybe you agree with them. I wouldn't know. But as long as you're here, look around and keep an open mind. Maybe you could be the world's newest volunteer.
